God gifted us with beautiful eyes but we gamble with this gift & don’t care enough.

Your eyes are strained whenever you are looking at a screen. In most cases we will have to power through this loss. Right? But, who says, we can’t take enough precautions? If you follow these steps, you will never damage your eyes willingly. 😄

  • Wash Your Eyes from Time to Time (Hourly)
  • Look away from the screen for a while twice/thrice in an hour
  • Wear Anti Reflective Coating Spectacles suited to your power to reflect glares from the screen. (Even Non-Glass people can make one at an eye clinic, it is quite affordable)

Long Hours of Screen Time Affects Your Neck

We must understand that, the neck holds our heavy head. Now, when we are keeping our head hanging, it puts pressure on the elements which are holding it. This results in pain & medical conditions. So, how can we totally avoid this & stay 100% OK?

  • Rotate your head like a Circle from Time to Time
  • Now rotate your head in the opposite direction in which you circled in the previous step.
  • Oscilate your head Left to Right & Vice-Versa (Like saying NO)
  • Again Oscilate your head Up to Down & Vice-Versa (Like saying Yes)

Sleep eludes you when you spend long hours looking at a screen

When we stare at a screen, the retina inside our eye constantly receives these lights. The brain perceives these lights and thinks that- “Hey! It is broad daylight, lets get to work. This is no time to sleep!”. Thus how much you try, it becomes extra difficult to put yourself to sleep. Now, how can we stop losing sleep? Lets find out… 😴😴😴

  • Gadget Detoxification📵- Never keep you phone beside your pillow. Keep it off the bed. Whenever you are coming to sleep, leave your phone away. This will help you be distraction free.
